There are some positive natural hair stories in the workplace, however. According to natural hair and beauty blogger Roshini Cope from Glamazini.com, “My natural hair has been received very well. I’ve rarely had any issues and I work in a corporate environment. ” She goes on to give advice to those that are natural in the office. “Stay confident! I genuinely love my hair and I believe that sort of thing shows when you strut down the hallways.”

I can’t agree with you more, I also work in a corporate environment and have never accounted anything but positive.
Same here; and I have been particularly struck by how many white male colleagues have been really positive about it too, I had no idea that they might even aware of the relax v natural topic. Then again I am in London – it’s a bit different too middle England, as we say here.
