…..detangle in sections with mashed avocado and oil-laced Trader Joes nourish spa conditioner, twisting each completed section. Without rinsing, I then don a plastic cap and deep condition with the heating cap. Once I rinse, I proceed to the protective style for the week(lately this has been plaits under wigs). This has saved my hair (and my sanity)this winter.
