{360} Blowdrying Natural Hair • Tension Method & nuNAAT Karité ♥ Heat Protectant ♥

by glamazini on December 8, 2011 in How Do I...,Relaxed, Straightened, Stretched, Pressed, Blowdried,Tools,Video

I blowdried my hair using the tension method for the 1st time. I really am enjoying the results and will definitely be doing this again in the future. I tried it with 2 different blowdryers and prefer the Infiniti by Conair SD8R Tourmaline Ceramic Styler that I purchased to use on my husband’s hair (and as a replacement for the Vidal Sassoon blowdryer) over a year ago.   I used my shea butter and coconut oil mix as well as nuNAAT Karité Heat Protectant (which I love, review and giveaway will post tomorrow).

Enjoy this video of me trying out the tension method for the 1st time:

I love LOVE love NuNaat! I’ve been using their cupuacu butter leave in conditioner for several months now, and I don’t think I’ll ever need to try another! It actually helps the shrinkage a tiny bit! The fact that it’s made for curly hair may have something to do with it, lol.
