Pregnancy Week 19

If you don’t know, renting to a tenant. Here’s my 10th post in this preggo series. I’m almost caught up to real time. Enjoy!

::: 19 WEEKS 6 DAYS :::

Happy Valentines Day!

Today is the mid-pregnancy ultrasound and I’m excited and nervous!  First off, this kid is a holiday kinda kid … we found out we were preggo on Halloween, the ultrasound is on Valentine’s Day and the due date is on Independence Day. :)   Anyhoo … my husband is coming with me today so that makes it even more exciting since this is his first time seeing the kid (or coming to any of my appointments).  We may also get to learn if Flickerbug is a boy or a girl today! AAAACK!  Everyone keeps asking me what I want but I ain’t tellin’ (well my husband and my mother know *hee*).  Obviously hubby wants a boy because that’s what dude’s want as their 1st right?  We’ll see.  I’m almost near caught up with posting all my retro-active pregnancy vlogs too so I should be able to announce the gender shortly after real-time.  Now I must admit I’m super nervous as well because I haven’t felt anything I consider baby movements for like 2-3 weeks. Admittedly I’m not sure what I felt several weeks ago was even the baby, but it was definitely new and weird. Today will be great just to ease my mind. I’m excited.

HI Roshini,
You are really popping out. I can’t imagine how you must look now. I love the baby ticker, and I can’t wait to find out what you’re having!

Yes, I’m definitely showing now. I thought the ticker was a nice addition :)

Do not laugh but sleeping on your tummy might help the hip pressure. I was a tummy sleeper i think from the halfway point until delivery. Goodness..it was so peaceful. For the hip widening try yoga. I did prenatal yoga and it sure it help with the stiffness and pain.

I can’t sleep on my tummy at this point. The pillows are helping, more some nights than others. I also do stretches to help before bed and after I wake up.

All I could think after the big reveal was “Awwwwwwwwwww…she’s showing now!. How cute!” I do so enjoy these pregnancy updates. I laughed for a good minute at “Project Go” during the last installment. LOL LOL {still makes me chuckle}. Thank you for being your true authentic self; I never leave one of your videos without a smile, a laugh or learning something new.

That was no laughing matter :-| . Project Go! is 100% successful at this point, I got my prunes and water right here! No ma’am I will NOT be caught up like that again.

I am completely enjoying every minute of your progress… namely because we are literally at the EXACT same point in our pregnancies. I’m due July 3rd. Please keep it up… you’re helping me stay sane (it’s nice to know that the foolishness I’ve been experiencing isn’t out of the ordinary).
