Day 25 and I’m suppose to
Stop Complaining for 24 Hours
I set out to do this today and had to laugh by the end because I had 1 thing written down on my list of complaints for the entire day. I woke up this morning and thought “boo my mood it totally off” so I got my notebook and made a column for complaints and a column for positive counter thoughts and wrote down “(thought) mood is off” and “(thought) thankful sun is out”.
That’s all I wrote.
I didn’t forget, it just seems today I didn’t really complain so it wasn’t hard for me to stop doing so . I won’t count this exercise as a lost just yet because I do have my days when the glass is half full. I’ll keep this in mind (countering complaining thoughts with positive thoughts) moving forward.
