Therapy is so important to me, it has changed my life and my relationship. Honestly, I believe we should all see a therapist or mental health professional at some point in our lives, and if we don’t the rest of us are probably going to therapy to deal with us! LOL!! But seriously. πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜

But going to therapy isn’t always easy for someone who needs therapy because if this isn’t your *thing* then you may not know where to start. Don’t worry, it’s my *thing* lol so …
