How is the Synergy Kombucha? I see it everytime I am in there but am afraid to try it. Is it really sour?

I’ve tried all flavors and my fav is Trilogy. Are you a kombucha drinker in general? It’s not bitter to me but full disclosure, I’m not a sweet drink lover and have been known to enjoy bitter flavors so I may not be the one to ask. :0|
