Yes I had those moments and still have them. It kicked in when we were trying to figure out how to help them cultivate a relationship with God. I was absolutely panicking so I bought a book; will let you know about it when I finish. I don’t want to give away the name yet in case it SUCKS – haha! I was also panicking about making sure they have the right values because we are raising two black men (even though they are 6 and 3) and that in itself raises my anxiety levels. The hubby is like “can you calm down?” I am like hello we only have 12 years for #1 and 15 years for #2 until they are 18; we have to teach them to be productive members of society!
So yeah, I get those moments and will problem have them forever as I watch them transform.

I think you are entitled to having that kind of moment, the whole process is in itself amazing. That our bodies have the ability to grow a whole person.

I also understand your husband’s decision to not share the pics of flickerbug. I think the few shots you do have add a little mystique and mystery…lol!

I havent had a freak out moment, but I assume its because I dont have any kids lol

And you look great…even before you shared that you were already down to your pre-pregnancy size…I kept staring like “wow, her skin looks great…and she doesnt have ‘nan one’ bag under her eyes”. LOL! Motherhood obviously agrees with you πŸ™‚
I dont blame hubby, he probably feels protective…I did laugh at Flickerbug’s hair shot though…he looks like he has a baby modified frohawk…too cute
