Suave is the closest ‘non-salon’ brand to the pH for your scalp. I ended up getting this shampoo because I wanted to try Suave Humectant Conditioner in an effort to lower my conditioner costs (the Nioxin is the bomb so soooo expensive). I found a pack of shampoo and conditioner at Sam’s Club so I bought them both. Thus far the shampoo seems to be just fine on my relaxed hair, although I prefer the Tropical Coconut shampoo better so I don’t plan to purchase the Humectant once this bottle is done.

now that i’m not big on shampoo this bottle is still sitting in my shower. it may take years for me to finish the shampoo i have *ha*
I now own this, it’s in our guest bathroom w/ Humectant conditioner…and on rare occasions I add a bit to my castile soap if my hair is super grody
Price: $3.50 for shampoo and conditioner Purchased:Sam’s Club Usage: I rinse my hair and scalp under the water very well. Once that’s done, I separate my hair and add the shampoo washing the scalp primarily with the pads of my fingers. I rinse very well by sectioning my hair and making sure my scalp is clean. I them shampoo again and rinse again.
