Boom! I’m back with another “free therapy” video in my STOMP ON DEPRESSION’S HEAD! series.

Last time I encouraged you to try doing something different and now I’m back with what I think is life changing information about using Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin D to help stabilize your mood.  Last month I had such a low dip in my mood that I visited a psychiatrist to discuss potentially taking antidepressant medication. It got that bad.  Once I got home I did some research and remembered something I already knew: Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin D are natural mood stabilizers!

    Yes, I am a witness (raising both hands)!
    I am taking 50,000 units of Vitamin D a day, yes a…day! Last year, my doctor ordered tests because I wasn’t turning the corner emotionally and found out that my Vitamin D level was a 4! She said “I have never seen such numbers. You must never be happy!” I almost cried. But since then she put me on Vitamin D and 4 horse pills of Super Omega 3 and I feel alive. If the hubby even suspects that I am feeling cranky he asks “did you take your happy pills today?”

      LOL! Well I’ve never had my Vitamin D level tested to my knowledge, but if the effects of this stuff is any indication of what what was up I was right there with you. When I say this stuff is changing my life I am not exaggerating. Thank you Jesus!
