Last time I encouraged you to try doing something different and now I’m back with what I think is life changing information about using Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin D to help stabilize your mood. Last month I had such a low dip in my mood that I visited a psychiatrist to discuss potentially taking antidepressant medication. It got that bad. Once I got home I did some research and remembered something I already knew: Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin D are natural mood stabilizers!
