2 days later I finally got to finish these braids. I do Adima's hair for him every 2 weeks…yes that's every TWO weeks…must be nice huh? Anyhoo, after finishing his hair around 10:30 pm I decided, since I was already covered with coconut oil, shea butter and hair, to go ahead and do the back of my twists.
It hurt .
Dry combing is always a bad idea in my book especially after a week of being out, the ends were tangled. I spritzed to help a little then gently combed from tip to root with a wide toothed comb.
Now I don't know if I should wear these for 3 more weeks or 4 more weeks . We'll see, all depends on how they're holding up and my schedule.
I went with a middle part in the front this time although it's not my favorite for how the twists fall…I prefer diagonal parting in the front on my face.
Two months 'til my 30th birthday!!!
Well ya'll, I start my Masters degree program (in Psychology) tomorrow. I will do my very best to keep up my site but as I have no clue what my work load will be don't call the cops if I don't update regularly. Drop me an email and say hi though, I appreciate those. With this wedding and starting school it's a wonder I'm even updating now.
