Recently I was in a pit of depression I just could not get out of.
I pretty much lost 2 solid weeks of work and focus and ability to do. I’m not in that space right now and you might be asking what happened. At the beginning of the year I did a cleanse that, as a side effect, clears my mind. As much as I love bread and pasta, I realized I wanted to gradually bring them back into my diet after the cleanse was over. I did so and tanked into a pit of depression. Is gluten really making me depressed?! Really?!!! Ugh!
